Coimbra offices are converted townhouses located in Rua de Tomar, 4 and Rua Alexandre Herculano, 34.
Coimbra-B train station is 3km away.
Alexandre Herculano bus stop is 180m away
Arcos do Jardim bus stop is 350m away.
DROP OFF
The nearest taxi or car drop-off point is Coimbra main entrance on Rua de Tomar, 4.
This drop-off point is 2m from Coimbra office main entrance.
As an alternative, there is a drop-off point 2m from Coimbra office accessible entrance.
PARKING
Coimbra office does not have its own dedicated car park.
There is free on-street parking available in the vicinity.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE
MAIN ENTRANCE
There is a step from the sidewalk to the entrance door. The wheelchair and pushchair users can overcome this by asking for assistance, if needed. Please contact us before your visit so that we can arrange this.

ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE
Step-free access to Coimbra is provided via the accessible entrance on Rua Alexandre Herculano, 34 (classroom white door).

INSIDE THE BUILDING
SECURITY CHECK
As you enter the building you will need to go through a security check. The security guard will ask your name and the purpose of your visit.
If you have any concerns about the security check, please contact us before your visit.
RECEPTION
Our customer services area is on the floor below the main entrance. Our staff will be happy to help there or on the ground floor if you require any assistance.
BUILDING OVERVIEW
Coimbra Rua de Tomar office is on four levels, not easily accessible to visitors using wheelchairs.
Coimbra Rua Alexandre Herculano office is on four levels, the ground floor of which is accessible to visitors using wheelchairs.
CLASSROOMS
There is an accessible classroom on the Rua Alexandre Herculano entrance floor. This classroom is equipped with computer and Interactive White Boards (IWB).
All the other classrooms are accessed by stairs only.
The stairs have a handrail on the right hand side.
Unfortunately there is no lift in the Coimbra office. Please contact us before your visit if this will pose a problem so that we can make alternative arrangements.
ACCESSIBLE TOILET
There is an accessible toilet on the Rua Alexandre Herculano entrance floor. It is suitable for people using wheelchairs.
The width of the toilet door is 90cm. The door opens outwards.
